What it is
DermiTight is a bipolar / multipolar radiofrequency device that delivers heat to the deep dermis without disrupting the surface. The heat triggers immediate collagen contraction and a delayed remodeling response. Surface intensity is gentle — most patients describe a warm massage.
How we approach it
DermiTight suits early laxity and maintenance. For more significant change, radiofrequency microneedling reaches deeper and is the better tool. For lower face and SMAS-level lift, microfocused ultrasound (Sofwave) is typically more effective.
Body protocols (abdomen, thighs, upper arms) typically run a series of four to eight sessions spaced one to two weeks apart. Facial protocols can be single-session with periodic maintenance.

Candidacy
