Juvéderm Vollure XC is a Vycross-technology hyaluronic-acid filler with a medium lift capacity. FDA-approved for moderate-to-severe nasolabial folds. Smooth, soft, integrates well with surrounding tissue.
How we approach it
Vollure suits the patient whose nasolabial folds or marionette lines have moved past what neurotoxin or topical retinoids can address. Placement is dermal-to-subdermal, with conservative dosing per side. Most plans use a half to one full syringe per nasolabial fold.
What to expect
Volume immediate; swelling and possible bruising for one to three days; final shape at two weeks. Duration twelve to eighteen months.
Candidacy
Best for static lines around the mouth that need soft volume restoration with natural movement. Not for deep structural volume loss (Voluma), lip body (Volbella, Ultra, Ultra Plus), or active facial infection.
