// Resilient hyaluronic acid — dynamic-motion areas

RHA Fillers

RHA 2 · RHA 3 · RHA 4

A family of FDA-approved hyaluronic-acid fillers engineered to move naturally in dynamic facial areas. Used for moderate-to-severe dynamic wrinkles and for static folds where natural movement is critical.

What it is

RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) fillers are FDA-approved hyaluronic-acid gels engineered to behave more like native tissue under dynamic motion. The three densities — RHA 2 (lightest), RHA 3 (medium), RHA 4 (densest) — let the clinician match product to indication.

How we approach it

RHA suits patients who want natural movement and have noticed previous fillers reading “set” during expression. The clinician chooses the density per area: RHA 2 for fine lines and lip body, RHA 3 for nasolabial folds and marionette lines, RHA 4 for deeper structural correction with motion preserved.

What to expect

Immediate volume; swelling 1–3 days; final result at two weeks. Duration up to fifteen months.

Candidacy

Best for patients in motion-rich treatment areas who value natural expression. Not for pregnant or nursing patients or those with active infection in the treatment region.

Indicated for

  • Moderate-to-severe dynamic wrinkles — perioral lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines
  • Patients whose previous fillers looked "set" or visible during expression
  • Lip body refinement when natural motion is a priority

Not a candidate if

  • Pregnant or nursing patients
  • Patients with active skin infection in the treatment region
